If there’s a check engine light on, then it’s maybe nevermind from the throttle positioning sensor mass air flow sensor.

If it doesn’t do it the whole time, then I doubt it’s the motor mounts. You would feel it all the time for that I would say and spark plugs. I don’t know, you got over 100,000 mi on it yet.
