Did you prime up the new oil pump before starting it?

Pull all plugs and make sure there is no power to the fuel pump by disconnecting a fuse or line, crank it up for 10 seconds, then let it sit for 10 seconds and then crank it again for 20 seconds.

It should prime it up.
