This vehicle is an unibody design. There is no frame. They do have a “subframe” which is actually called the engine cradle. That’s in the front. There may be a rear subframe. It probably had a different name. It would be a steel support bolted to the body in the middle on the rear.

All the rear control arms would attach to it.

So unless they are referring to those 2 pieces, they would have to be talking about holes in the body of the car itself.
