Everyone saying don’t buy a cam from eBay because they are cheap junk. Don’t listen to them I needed a cam for a Nissan Hardbody in 2019. Bought one from eBay, installed it, and it’s still going strong till this day and the truck is drove daily. I buy a lot of parts from eBay and have never had an issue. Been using parts of there for the last 15 years or so.
