Those pins are just there to be able to adjust caster/camber adjustments without them alignment techs complain about not being able to adjust properly but for some of us that’s been doing alignment for years know the tricks to adjust them without those pins. Once adjusted as long as the control arm bolts are tightened properly it won’t move regardless of where the eccentric is.
