Offerup has been pointless, Facebook boosted only seems to attract people that live outside the US.

I just started running Facebook ads, and it’s generating a decent amount of leads, but unfortunately they’re mostly people looking for other types of units and buy here pay here, so It’s going to take some more testing to get the quality/accuracy up, but it’s very promising results.
