Why do O2 sensor and VTM-4 codes persist on 2009 Pilot AWD?

2009 Honda Pilots 3.5 AWD. I’m getting O2 sensor codes and even after replacing all o2 sensors, still getting same codes. They come back immediately after clearing them, any ideas? Also, the vtm4 code any hell woth that? Nothing in the AWD system seems wrong, but light won’t got away either? Also, to add a charging system code popped up after scanning codes (p16bb) but I’m just assuming that I drain the battery just low enough to throw a code? Any help is appreciated, thank in advance!

You shot gunned parts. With all those heater codes, you should have been checking powers and grounds. Probably a blown fuse and may have some damaged wiring.

I think that you have a melted harness! Check underneath the car!

Check power and ground to the o2 heaters. Probably have a short that blew the fuse. It’s not likely for all the sensors to fail at the same time.

Short in the wiring. Check for chaffing on the wires into the harness. Wires need to be properly reconnected. Twisting them together and using electrical tape will not be sufficient on most makes.

This is definitely a power and wiring issue related to your O2 sensors.

You keep changing parts for codes, you can change parts for a long time.
