Okay so I put in a New battery, New alternator and belt, New starter, New spark plugs, New battery connector and new brake switch in my 2014 Nissan Altima 2.5L, and I am not getting any power to the car! No crank, no start, no dashboard lights, no windows no trunk and key fob not doing anything even with new battery in it! Any suggestions please!?

Well, after throwing all those parts at it, might as well throw in a new engine, PCM, and wiring.

Dose your car need an oil change, sometimes it can be that is the car starting and staying at the same speed.

Start from the beginning, does the battery have charge, 12v or more, is it connected properly, is the earth lead from the battery to car hooked up right, then check fuses, then check ECU.

Did you blow the main fuse at the battery? And dumb question, did you take the plastic caps off the battery?

Take the plastic caps off the battery posts.

Do you have any power at all? Check your relays and fuses. You might have done all that for nothing. If anything, pull out the OL trusted multi meter and see where you do have power and find where it stops. Often that is the problem and proceed according from there.

You need a multimeter and a code reader or scope to track down the problem. Check all your fuses in the ECM with meter; sand with battery wiring.

If you’re sure your battery terminals are on and tight and no fuses are blown, check the black battery cable that connects to the battery. Find the other end and see what it looks like. If it’s green or coroded, it’s not making a connection. It connects to the body or frame somewhere, and that’s where I’d start.

Leave the key in the on position while you wiggle and jiggle wires, so you can hear when a connection is finally made. If the black cable looks good, start tracing the red wire (usually goes to the starter) and wiggle that around and make sure both ends are clean. Other than that I’m not sure brotha.

Ignition fuse, fusible link, grounds, BCM.

Check your grounds. All good to have power, but without ground you’ll get no power.

Make sure all your wire and cables are tight from the battery. Chack for blown fuses check the ecu maje sure it’s not fried check your ignition switch make sure everything is connected good.

Check high amp fuses in box under hood.
