How many miles was it within the recommended service. If you was over way over, they should have had you sign a disclaimer if anything was to go bad. If they’re refusing then it must of not only been way over but the fluid must have smelled burnt and looked dark. Don’t blame them, people only think they need to service it when they feel something wrong trying to set the dealership up for their problems.
