Question: 2013 Honda Accord sport, 6MT, 195k… went to check it out, drove good, only issue is a rusted rocker panel on the passenger side. No leaks, everything works. Seller wants $4,400 checked out the car and made my offer, however he was firm on the price.
KBB is $6,800
Should I still consider it, or would I be the flip…
Already have experience in this game, but realistically in my area I’d get $6,500…
I’d be about $4,650 all in. But seems like too small of a margin when I’ve done better on other vehicles with less effort.
Honest opinions?
GeeLofl go work at walmart..this aint for you bud.
NickGranted you get $6500 for it, that’s almost 2k in profit… plenty of room for error.
TonyHonestly, If I’m gonna drop $4,400 on a flip car, I’m going to get something in non-running condition which would have a value of $12,000+ once repaired.
ClarensPeople buying a manual aren’t generally buying an Accord. Is it a V6? Than maybe. How long has it been listed? What makes you think you can just buy it for 4600 and sell it for 6500? Why didn’t he sell it already if it was a good deal?
IrwinHonda Accords are in demand.
