How much to pay for a 1986 Corvette with flooding issue?

So found a 86 corvette with 80k on it and it’s real good shape, guy says it runs good and has motor work done but floods itself out. What would you guys pay?

80’s c4’s are undesirable and very hard to sell. $2500-3500 car running and driving well.

Person is asking $1700 obo for it, seems to need some paint work, I don’t know much about them so that’s why I asked, thanks!

I usually will trade a vcr with a ham sandwich stuck in it for any 80s Vette. Also, it must come with a Miami vice sound track cassette

Not a lot man, that’s one of the most least desirable cars even as a vette. I’d stay around $3k for sure.

205 horse power an a ecu/ injection stuck open turd. Even a curator who owns a museum don’t want it unless it’s a kit car so unique an rare like made into ferrari an in good taste. Which I seen one on market place where I live he asking 20k.
